Questions
FAQ – Pricing & Features
What should I do if generation fails, is rejected, or times out?
Check the task status and your credit history before retrying. A timeout does not confirm that processing stopped, and submitting again may create another charge. For rejected or failed tasks, contact support with the task ID and any recorded charge for review; this page does not promise an automatic credit refund. If only the download failed, reopen the completed result instead of generating again. Credit adjustments for tasks are separate from the purchase refund policy.
How many credits does Grok Imagine need to generate a video?
Credit usage varies by model, resolution, duration, mode, and references. For example, 5 seconds at 720p on the 1.5 page estimates 20 credits; reference mode adds 1. At 20 credits per request, 100 credits cover five requests, not five guaranteed usable results. Revisions require additional requests. Check the calculator and Generate button before starting.
How many credits does Grok Imagine need to generate an image?
Image credit usage varies by model, resolution, quality, and output count. Use the calculator above for an estimate; the Generate button shows the current amount before you create.
Do new users get free credits?
Yes. New accounts receive 10 welcome credits with no credit card required.
Is this a monthly subscription service?
No, all plans are one-time purchases. Credits accumulate and never expire.
Do credits expire monthly?
No, credits never expire. They remain in your account permanently and can be used anytime.

Where do I check purchase refund eligibility?
Read the Refund Policy linked beside the plans. Requests must be made within 7 calendar days: the policy provides a full refund when no more than 10% of purchased credits have been used, or a proportional refund of unused credits above that threshold, subject to its exclusions. Contact support@grokimagineai.net with your account email and order number. Task-charge reviews are separate.
